Returns & Refunds Policy

 

Returns

At Alpas Lashes, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened, used, or tampered beauty products.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and unopened 
  • Be in its original packaging 
  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery 
  • Include proof of purchase 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number 
  • A description of the issue 
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging 

Once reviewed, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used lash cleansers 
  • Opened beauty or cosmetic products 
  • Gift cards 
  • Clearance or final sale items 
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.


 For hygiene and safety reasons, opened lash cleansers and cosmetic products are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
