Service Policies & Appointments
Effective January 2024
All services are by appointment only. A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure and reserve your appointment time.
The deposit is applied to reserve the time exclusively for the client, regardless of whether the service is completed or not.
The deposit compensates the time reserved and preparation required for the appointment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Appointments may be rescheduled through the confirmation email or by contacting us directly.
• First-time cancellations may receive a credit toward a future service.
• No-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Incomplete or Interrupted Services
If a service cannot be completed due to sensitivity, discomfort, reaction, or if the client chooses not to continue during the appointment, the deposit will not be refunded, as the reserved time and preparation cannot be reassigned to another client.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for informing us of any sensitivities, conditions, allergies, or concerns prior to the service.
